Incanto International Institute Officially Accredited by INDMO

Liquiça, Timor-Leste | 15 December 2025, Incanto International Institute has officially received its Institutional Accreditation Certificate from the Instituto Desenvolvimento Mão de Obra (INDMO), marking an important milestone in strengthening quality education and workforce development in Timor-Leste.

The certificate was presented by INDMO Executive Director, Mrs. Isabel de Lima, and received by Mr. Joanico Jeronimo, CEO of the Incanto Foundation, during an official ceremony at the Centro Nacional de Formação Profissional, Tíbar, Liquiça.

This accreditation recognizes Incanto as a nationally accredited and trusted education and training provider, delivering programs aligned with national standards and international workforce needs. Incanto’s programs are also benchmarked against international standards, including City & Guilds (UK), Cambridge English, and Mentari English Assessment (Jakarta).

Founded in 2021 by Mr. Joanico Jeronimo and Dr. Manuel Vong, Incanto International Institute focuses on Vocational Education and Training (VET), English language programs, and professional development, bridging the skills gap between Timorese talent and global employment opportunities.
