๐ข๐ค๐ Incanto and Kenneth & Co - Trusted Immigration Specialist Singapore Seek Strategic Engagement with Timor Port S.A.

Incanto International Institute, under Incanto Group, together with Kenneth & Co Group (Singapore) – Trusted Immigration Specialist, has formally initiated a strategic engagement with Timor Port S.A., operator of Tibar Bay Port, as part of the delegation’s official visit to Dili from 2–4 February 2026 ๐น๐ฑ.
Through an official request submitted by Mr. Joanico Jeronimo, President and Chief Executive Officer of Incanto Group, Incanto Group has respectfully proposed a technical courtesy meeting between Mr. Kenneth, Founder and Principal of Kenneth & Co Group, and the management team of Timor Port S.A. The proposed meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 3 February 2026, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, subject to availability. ๐ค๐
๐ Purpose of the Engagement
Kenneth & Co Group is a Singapore-based investment and advisory group with extensive operational experience in manufacturing supply chains, import–export operations, port-dependent logistics, and regional distribution networks across ASEAN. As part of its investment evaluation process, the Group places strong emphasis on port infrastructure performance and logistics efficiency as key determinants for industrial development and cross-border trade planning.
The proposed meeting aims to provide the delegation with a practical and operational understanding of Tibar Bay Port, focusing on the port’s role in supporting current and future investment activities. ๐ข๐ฆ

The engagement is expected to focus on three strategic areas:

Berth availability, draft, and vessel handling capacity
Container throughput and general cargo handling capabilities
Availability of port equipment, including cranes, yard equipment, and storage facilities

Gate operations, trucking access, and inland connectivity
Integration with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers
Current turnaround times and operational efficiency indicators
3๏ธโฃ Trade & Industrial Support
Import and export handling procedures and documentation workflows
Port support for manufacturing, bulk cargo, and project cargo
Planned capacity expansions and operational upgrades

This engagement forms part of a broader collaboration between Incanto Group and Kenneth & Co Group, which also includes B2B partnerships for internship and capacity-building programmes aimed at empowering young Timorese, particularly in tourism, hospitality, agribusiness, and industrial sectors ๐๐ทโ๏ธ๐ทโ๏ธ.
Aligned with the Singapore–Timor-Leste ASEAN Readiness Support (STARS) and Enhanced STARS (eSTARS) initiatives, the collaboration supports:
