📢 SEFOPE Secretary of State Encourages Timorese Youth to Embrace English for Global Opportunities

H.E. Mr. Rogério Araújo Mendonça, Secretary of State for Vocational Training and Employment (SEFOPE), officially congratulated all candidates of the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility Scheme Program (PLMSP) who successfully completed their 3-month English language training at Incanto International Institute (I3). 🎓📜  

In his remarks during the Certificate Awarding Ceremony, H.E. Mr. Mendonça emphasized the importance of discipline, self-effort, and continuous learning. He encouraged all young Timorese to invest in learning English, as it is an international language and a gateway to global opportunities.  

🗣️ “English is the door to the world. When you speak English well, you don’t only open the door to work abroad, but also to academic growth and opportunities to study in other countries,” said H.E.  

Representing the IX Constitutional Government, he reaffirmed SEFOPE's commitment to creating new pathways for Timorese citizens to work overseas, through strong partnerships with institutions like I3. 🌍🤝
